The wonderful garden of Hospes Palau de Mar will be the setting for the cocktail offered by Carlos Julian, the chef of Restaurant Ampar, who will also offer a showcooking inspired by the dishes that made him winner in the Bocuse d’Or 2023 Spain.
Carlos Julian, will be the representative of Spain in 2024 in the international competition Bocuse d’Or Europe, to be held in the Norwegian city of Trondheim, considered the most prestigious cooking competition worldwide.
The chef, seeks in each of his dishes to bring the most avant-garde style, the most traditional dishes, offering trendy cuisine, without losing the local product.
