El Poblet. We cook Valencia in «La Albufera»
If there is one thing that characterises the Valencian way of life, it is their willingness to «fer comboi» and to celebrate everything and this year, when El Poblet celebrates its 10th anniversary, we really wanted to spend an unforgettable day in one of our inspirational surroundings and reference larder, the Albufera de València.
An immersion in the territory where tradition and haute cuisine come together, where we can sail its waters with aperitif in hand, toast together around Valencian stews and dishes and chat about how lucky we are to have this landscape so close to us while we taste our cured meats seated at a large table or on the jetty.
At this event there is a unique table, where diners will take their place to sit down to eat whenever they want, the food will be at stations and there will be rice showcooking. It’s all about moving around the surroundings of the hut, enjoying the day’s menu at your leisure and sharing the experience.
Chef Luis Valls and his team are waiting for you on 21 May to close the Valencia Culinary Festival 2023, we are cooking València in the Albufera and we want to be with you.
